If you’re looking to shake up your exercise routine, but you don’t feel quite up to pole dancing classes, consider taking tap. It’s one of the more cardio-intense forms of dance, with special emphasis on developing leg muscles. You will be concentrating so hard on learning the tricks and skills that you won’t even realize you’re sweating out your stress. There are plenty of studios around Atlanta catering to children and adults, here are some of our favorites.
