Whether you are a Port enthusiast or maybe looking to try a glass for the first time, these are the best places to experience Port in Atlanta.

Himitsu
3050 Peachtree Road
Atlanta, GA 30305
(404) 841-0040
www.umiatlanta.com

The “secret” appears to be out on Himitsu as it opened this fall as a kind of underground Tokyo cocktail bar to go along with the modern Japanese cuisine offered at Umi. Himitsu sells a 10-year old Port in Casa de Santa Eufemia. This is what one would call a perfect dessert Port, as it will pair well with Pâtissier Lisa Ito’s Petit Fours, which are chocolate truffles and red bean pastry creme, macaroons and other assorted pastries. Enjoy some fantastic Japanese food and then a unique Port with your dessert.
