Kids and haircuts don’t always mix all that well. Fortunately we’ve tracked down the best places that cater to clipping the coifs of the kiddie set. Our list includes Pigtails & Crewcuts, Kiddie Kuts, and Ms. Lisa’s Cuts For Kids.

Pigtails & Crewcuts

3208 Paces Ferry Place NW
Atlanta, GA 30305

Pigtails & Crewcuts is a chain devoted to making kids comfortable while getting their cut. They emphasize fun and have toys – including a train – for kids to play with while they wait, or buy when they leave. They can take in a movie as they get their hair clipped in chairs made to resemble airplanes or fire trucks. All that, and they have the fundamentals down too: the kids will come out looking sharp.

Ms. Lisa’s Cuts For Kids

125 Clairemont Ave, Ste 155
Decatur, GA 30030

The small shop offers a low-stress environment for your kids to get their cut. There are no toys, but Ms. Lisa has TVs running cartoons. There are seats that resemble a car or plane. Patrons praise Ms. Lisa’s skills with a scissors. There’s definitely no toy sales going on here, so if you’re concerned about a temper tantrum for not getting your tot a toy, it’s a good spot.

Kiddie Kuts Salon For Kids

4719 Ashford Dunwoody Rd
Atlanta, GA 30338

Indulge your daughter in a Princess Pamper Party at Kiddie Kuts. She and her friends will get manicures, pedicures, feather boas, facials and of course a hair cut. In case you don’t need all that, they offer a wide range of haircut styles for kids, including braids, curls, pressing, twists and more.
