Child care is a must for many parents who want to work out. Having a couple hours, or even 30 minutes, to relax, release, and work up a sweat is crucial for a parent’s well-being. Finding a gym with a good child care center may take a little time and effort, but it’s worth it. The good news is that there are some fantastic gyms in the Atlanta-area with terrific child care centers. The kids might even
ask to go to the gym! Hows’s that for encouragement?
