If convicted on all counts, Piero Antonio Lubo-Barros faces a maximum penalty of life in federal prison. 
Man Sentenced For Methamphetamine ChargeJason R. Coody, Acting United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida announced the sentencing of Roger Slaughter, 35, of Perry, Florida. Slaughter was sentenced to five years in federal prison followed by four years of supervised release.  Slaughter’s sentence was the result of a guilty plea to one count of possession with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of actual methamphetamine.
