ATLANTA, Ga. (CW69 News at 10) — In a joint show of support, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will fly over Downtown Atlanta and several area hospitals on Saturday, May 2, 2020.

Both the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds tweeted details regarding their joint plans, which include the following stops:
- Baltimore; 15-minute route from 11:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
- Washington, D.C.; 20-minute route from 11:45 a.m. to 12:05 p.m.
- Atlanta; 25-minute route from 1:35 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Residents are advised to avoid traveling to see the flyovers in person and view them from the safety of their home-quarantines. Officials are also advising the public to continue practicing social distancing.
