ATLANTA, GA — Sushi is so much more than a California spring roll. The food writers at The Daily Meal website say more restaurants offer the delicate, flavorful Japanese treat. To give the deserving eateries recognition, the site recently posted its list of the Best Sushi Restaurant in Every State.
“Unless you’re partaking in an all-you-can-eat buffet, raw fish is typically reserved for special occasions, especially if you’re gunning for the upper-crust experience — omakase, in which high-end sushi is presented in an elegant succession. In the decades since its debut on American shores in the 1960s, the sushi scene has come a long way,” the website wrote.
