ATLANTA, GA — Barron Brantley, the 21-year-old accused in the murder of Alexis Crawford, a Clark Atlanta University student, was in court Friday, reported WSB-TV. The judge decided Brantley will stay in jail until next year. On Thursday, his girlfriend, Jordyn Jones, 21, was also denied bond.
Brantley and Jones are each charged with felony murder in the Oct. 31 death of Crawford who was a senior at Clark Atlanta. Her family reported her missing Nov. 1, two days after they had last had communication with her. Craford’s body was found Nov. 8 in a DeKalb County park.
