ATLANTA, GA — Lucianna Fox was convicted and sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Leroy Midyette, a locally famous homeless street performer, according to a release from the Fulton County District Attorney’s office.

On Nov. 5, 2016, Midyette, known as “Tin Man” because he wore silver paint for street performances, was pushing a cart containing all of his belongings on the access road to the Hamilton E. Holmes MARTA station. Fox, now 44, was driving and yelled at Midyette, telling him he needed to move his cart out of the street, the release says.
