MARIETTA, GA — A Marietta Walmart was briefly evacuated Monday morning after a suspect came into the store wielding a knife. According to Marietta police, the incident happened around 8 am, when a 911 called said the suspect had a knife and the store, located at 210 Cobb Parkway, was evacuating.

Police arrested the suspect, who has not been identified, around 8:07 am. Police said initial reports were that the suspect had a gun, which turned out to be false.
