ATLANTA — An Alabama rapper was arrested Wednesday in a drug raid, and police said Kelvin James Dark, 37, threw several kilos of meth from the balcony of an Atlanta high rise. Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents and Atlanta police also arrested Tiffany Peterson, 33, of Atlanta, in the raid.
