Flash flooding swamped roads and cars in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 14, prompting the evacuation of an apartment complex in Clayton County.The first floors of three buildings were evacuated, leaving more than 30 people displaced, reported NBC, citing Clayton Fire Department.  The American Red Cross was on scene to help those affected.  This video shows a stretch of road near the airport washed out by flash flooding, and one car is briefly seen floating in the water due to the impact of waves caused by passing cars.
