FAIR PLAY, S.C. (AP) — A brother and sister from Kennesaw have been killed and two other family members were hurt in a wreck on Interstate 85 in South Carolina.
Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore told news outlets that 20-year-old Nicholas Wolwark and 15-year-old Kirana Wolwark were killed in the wreck Saturday morning.
Shore said the victims’ 17-year-old sister lost control of their sports utility vehicle, which ran off the road and overturned near Fair Play. The coroner says the victims were not wearing seat belts and were thrown from the SUV.
Shore said their mother was in the front passenger seat. The driver and mother were taken to area hospitals for treatment of their injuries. There was no word on their condition. Their names were not released.
