Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff and head coach Dan Quinn met with the media Thursday to discuss the upcoming draft. One of the items Dimitroff spoke about was how the team builds its draft board and some of the things that go into figuring out if a player meets their standards. Fricke said, “This team has a real plan and they stick to it, and it is working. You can’t question the success they’ve had to this point with their system.”

The NFL did it’s annual schedule release Thursday and the Falcons found out who and where they will play to start the season. Our Falcons will kick off the season at Soldier Field in Chicago against the Bears and then come home to have the first regular season game in Mercedes Benz Stadium against the Green Bay Packers.
