Rick and John made it in on time and have the latest with Friday’s 5 at 10.

They kicked the show off talking about the bridge collapse and how it has and will affect all of Atlanta for the summer. Rick even got commended for getting here early! They talked about how this is going to get worse before it gets better. Hang on Atlanta, this is gonna be a mess for a while to come.

Off to the news and the Falcons have announced the retirement of a player which leaves a guard position open. Do we draft for it or promote from within?

Georgia Tech fell to TCU in the NIT championship. While the game was ugly, they still give Tech credit for the success under a first-year coach, Josh Pastner.

To the Final Four and this weekend we will know the championship matchup. John is rooting for Gonzaga to go all the way. He also called for UNC over Oregon, putting the Tar Heels and Bulldogs in the final game of the season.

The Hawks travel to Chicago with playoff implications.

Finally, SunTrust Park opens Friday and yes, traffic will suck. But its a nice spot to watch baseball.
