Georgia Tech came up short again Sunday, as the Yellow Jackets lost to Notre Dame on the road. The chances of the Jackets making the NCAA tourney has now gotten much slimmer. John said, “Georgia Tech now has to win their last two, and then win at least two in the ACC tourney to get in.”
Kurt Busch captured his first Daytona 500 win yesterday in a wild finish at the Super Bowl of Motorsports, as he won a wild wreck-filled race that saw Georgia’s own Chase Elliott run out of gas with three laps to go. It was Busch’s 17th try at the biggest race in NASCAR. Hugh said, “I wonder how long this will stay with Chase. I hope he can move on quickly from the disappointment.”
