Rick and John had their patience tested with Thursday’s Slice of Life.

John is feuding with his cable company and dealing with long wait times while looking for some customer service. He will stay on hold for about 10 minutes before getting annoyed. Rick offered the advice to only curse into the automation. That will trigger customer service, but John warns that could also trigger the NSA for a terrorist threat.

MO will “piddle” around the house and they debated what the hell piddle means. However, MO says if it’s something good, he doesn’t mind holding, but trying to get a home service taken care of is mind numbing. Paul knows better. He makes his wife do all the service calls.
