Deion Jones was born and raised in Louisiana and played college football at LSU. At the age of 10, he and his family had to relocate to Houston due to Hurricane Katrina.

On Monday night,  the second round pick would step inside the Mercedes Dome for the first time with “NOLA” written on his cleats. Playing in front of friends and family in his home state, Jones would deliver a huge play while the Saints were in the redzone.

There was no better time or place for Jones to record his first pick-six going, 90-yards. He also would snap Drew Brees’ passing streak of 305 passes without an interception.
