NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — There’s been a lot of media buzz around Beyonce’s (aka “Queen B’s”) newest release, “Lemonade.” The platinum-recording artist’s sixth studio album dropped alongside an hour-long visual special on HBO earlier this week — covering topics from female empowerment to speculation on Jay-Z’s infidelity.

While Bey’s album was a powerhouse for provocation, it also got sparked inspiration for some pretty inventive parodies from CBS’ late night roundup — with stars Stephen Colbert and James Corden both offering their satirical take on the special.
