Falcons’ owner Arthur Blank joined Dukes & Bell on Friday afternoon to discuss the 2015 season, the changes made in the front office after the season ended, free agency and the upcoming NFL Draft.

Blank says, “We’re working hard on getting a Super Bowl ring and there are some things that our first-year coach are going to do differently to get us in a better position to do that.”

Carl asked Arthur about keeping Thomas Dimitroff in the front office.

Arthur also says, “We re-evaluate things to see where we can get better. We asked Thomas and Scott to objectively and candidly look at the personnel staff and we’ve completely re-done our Pro side and our College side. Thomas’ relationship with Dan Quinn is something that we like and wanted to keep moving forward.”

Carl asked, “Does the ownership still believe in Matt Ryan?”

Arthur answered quickly and unequivocally “Yes. Some of the issues he had this year were scheme related.”
