ATLANTA, GA (WAOK)-Atlanta police said an officer hurt his leg and a suspect was shot at least once in the shoulder.

According to police, someone called 911 saying they saw some juveniles kicked a door in on Rome Avenue, and saw the kids loading a television into a white van.
They said the suspect 16 year old Johnny Morris jr. was in a stolen van and after a short chase, the van crashed into a tree.
Police said he jumped out, ran, and an officer encountered him behind the gas station near Donald Lee Holloway Parkway.
At some point, the officer fired his gun, hitting the teenager, police said.
Police are investigating if the teenager did have a gun at the time he was shot.
