John Grant Jr., Executive Director of the inaugural Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl, says he’s all about creating opportunities for people to win. “When people win”, says Grant, “our communities win.” The bowl, featuring Alcorn State University and North Carolina A&T State University, will be played on Saturday, December 19, at noon at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. The schools are the champions of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) and the Mid-Eastern Atlantic Conference (MEAC).
