Australian pop-punk boy band 5 Seconds of Summer are coming to the U.S., this time as their own headliners – not One Direction‘s openers.

The group will be performing their recently released, newly No. 1 self-titled debut – and, perhaps their cover of Green Day‘s “American Idiot” – in venues across the country next year.

5 Seconds of Summer will start in Las Vegas on July 17 and making their way up the West Coast, then heading out East, finishing in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Sept. 13.

The Australian act initially broke into the U.S. on their tour supporting One Direction, but the four-piece has since begun to hit it big on radio, too, with recent single “Amnesia” currently in the top 20 in the U.S.
