LaDainian joined Rick and Jamie to talk about his induction to the College Football Hall of Fame.

LaDainian talked about how high school football in Texas is where guys strived to get to when he was a kid. He said College and Pros were just gravy afterwards.

LaDainian said working at the NFL Network is still like being on a team and having the bond with the guys that he had in his playing days.

LaDainian mentioned how Johnny Manzeil is still a kid and it will take time for him to adjust to the NFL. He also said that Matt Ryan is an elite QB in the NFL and most teams would be happy to have him on their roster.
