Nominees for the 49th annual Academy of Country Music Awards have not yet been announced, but already the party around the annual ceremony is kicking into gear. Yesterday, the Academy announced that Keith Urban and Rascal Flatts will headline the second annual Party for a Cause in Las Vegas on the Friday and Saturday (April 4 and 5) before the ACM Awards broadcast, which takes place April 6 on CBS.READ MORE: Atlanta Underground Film Festival draws fans to RoleCall Theater at Ponce City Market through Aug. 21
The second annual Party for a Cause will also feature Joe Nichols, Jerrod Niemann, Thomas Rhett, The Cadillac Three and Chris Young. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks as well. See the full schedule on the ACM’s website.
The concert is a ticketed outdoor event taking place both days at The LINQ , a new open-air retail, dining and entertainment area owned by Caesars Entertainment. In addition to the music the event also includes games and a country marketplace.
