Atlanta (WAOK/USA Today) — With the holiday season among us, kids are filling out their Christmas gift wish lists and parents are making the trek to retailers in order to turn these wishes into reality. Many items are selling more swift than others due to their high demand and with Thanksgiving and the ultimate day of bargain and discount shopping, Black Friday, looming in the horizon, stores are stocking their shelves with all of the most sought after products.
According to the Toy’s R Us on Cobb County Parkway located at 2955 COBB PARKWAY, the products being purchased out of their stores at the highest rate so far have been the Leap Pad Ultra, Hug Me Elmo, Disney’s Cheering Minnie Mouse, and the Playstation 4. The Playstation 4 video game console has sold out, however the store said that they will be receiving within the coming weeks. The XBOX One, slated to be released Friday, November 22, has had an extreme number of pre-orders which are nearly sold out.
Nationally, USA Today has listed the following as the hottest toys for the holiday season.
Ever After High Dolls
Minion Dave talking action figure
Disney’s Infinity game
Playstation 4 and XBOX One
All aforementioned items can be purchased at numerous retailers such as, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target, and Toy’s R Us.
