Tennis star Serena Williams is being fined two-thousand dollars for her verbal abuse of a chair umpire at Sunday’s U.S. Open women’s final.

Australian Samantha Stosur beat the 13-time Grand Slam champion 6-2, 6-3 to capture the women’s title at Flushing Meadows. 

Williams confronted the chair umpire after she ruled Williams had hindered Stosur’s ability to complete a point by yelling “Come on!” 

Williams went over to the umpire and said, quote, “Aren’t you the one who screwed me over last time here?”

However after giving the umpire a piece of her mind Williams said she didn’t even remember the encounter.

Is she serious? Come on Serena…

    She has a right to be upset with the treatment she and her sister has received since joining the league..She played up until midnight on Saturday night and did not get a day off like all the other women players to rest before having to comeback and play less than 12 hrs later..They have been disrespecting the Williams sisters and if she let off some steam, so what…
