Another honor for Oprah Winfrey as she heads out the door after 25 years on syndicated TV. The Illinois Broadcasters Association says the talk show host will be inducted into the group’s Hall of Fame. The induction will take place at a May 3 luncheon. Winfrey joins a list of Illinois broadcasting greats that includes movie reviewers Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel, late Cubs announcer Harry Caray and comedian Jack Benny.
