Hans Godo Frabel is well known worldwide for his beautiful and creative glassware pieces. His work has been featured on HGTV, displayed at Atlanta’s Botanical Gardens and presented as a gift to President Obama and fellow dignitaries. President Obama even commissioned Frabel to create glassworks for world leaders at the G20 Summit in 2009. The Atlanta Glass Art Guild is a non-profit organization for both glass artists and those in appreciation of glass art. The guild seeks to help grow the art of glassblowing in the Atlanta community by development, study and preservation of the art form. It hosts a number of exhibitions, festivals, workshops and programs making it an excellent group for both novice and expert. The guild meets every two months on the 3rd Sunday of the month in room two at the Spruill Arts Center at 4 p.m.

Armstrong Glass Company is a specialty American stained-glass and architectural-glass manufacturer located right outside of Atlanta. Armstrong artists incorporate a large array of colors into each glass creation, and the company is largely known for its cabinet glass and shelving.
