Worst Fear Confirmed: Julio Jones Out For Rest Of Season

As if the Falcons didn’t have enough players injured, they will have to finish the 2013 season without the services of Pro Bowl wide receiver Julio Jones.

Yet again Atlanta gave up a huge lead late in the game. The Falcons were able to take the lead in the final two minutes. However, trailing by just one point, Geno Smith was able to march down the field and kicker Nick Folk converted the game-winning field goal as time expired.

Falcons Hoping Rash of Injuries Won’t Matter Against Lowly Jets

The Atlanta Falcons are sitting at 1-3 and already have as many losses in four games as they did all of last season. Poor play and unnecessary mistakes have really plagued the team, and they’re hoping that some recent injuries don’t make it worse.
