49ers Want Payback In Rematch With Carolina Panthers

Up next for the 49ers are the Carolina Panthers. Although the Panthers came to Candlestick earlier this season and beat San Francisco, the 49ers are the better team and have a very good shot at winning their second straight road playoff game.

Try as they might, the Atlanta Falcons were unable to send Tony Gonzalez off with one more win as the surefire first-ballot Hall of Fame tight end played his final NFL game in a 21-20 loss to the new NFC South champion Carolina Panthers.
