Yet again Atlanta gave up a huge lead late in the game. The Falcons were able to take the lead in the final two minutes. However, trailing by just one point, Geno Smith was able to march down the field and kicker Nick Folk converted the game-winning field goal as time expired.
Who would have thought that two weeks into the season the Miami Dolphins would be tied atop the AFC East with New England but also scoring more and allowing fewer points than the Patriots? Atlanta would do well not to take Miami lightly.
