Alec Campbell
Hosts, Overnights with Alec Campbell / Weekdays 2 a.m. – 6 a.m.

Alec Campbell is currently the host of Overnights with Alec Campbell from 2:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. on 92-9 The Gameicon1 Overnights with Alec Campbell.  You may also catch him anchoring sports flashes.  Alec began his career as an intern at Chicago’s 670 The Score before moving to Charlotte, NC where he produced the mid-day show on WFNZ’s 610 The Fan.  Even behind the glass he became a regular voice on the show, co-hosting occasionally.  In addition, he hosted Panther halftime shows and blogged regularly for the station website.  Upon arriving at 92.9, Alec was the Executive Producer of “The Night Show” before taking on his current role as a full time host on the station.   Alec is a proud alum of Elon University.  He hates cereal, but loves a good casserole because “it’s everything in one bite and they’re just as good left-over as fresh.”  He refrigerates his apples rather than leaving them on the counter.
