Sports Flash Anchor/Reporter
Bio: Mike Conti is the late afternoon and evening Sports Flash anchor on 92.9 The Game. His career was launched in 1997 covering Penn State Football at WMAJ in State College, PA. He later covered PGA Golf and The Masters at WLOW-FM in Savannah, GA; covered the New Orleans Saints and Hornets at WWL-AM in New Orleans; and reported for the Atlanta Braves Radio Network at WGST-AM in Atlanta. He’s also served as the play-by-play announcer for Pennsylvania High School Championships on the Pennsylvania Cable Network, and for the New Orleans Voodoo of the Arena Football League. Prior to joining the staff at The Game, Mike spent four years as the Morning News Anchor at WGST in Atlanta, and won a National Edward R. Murrow Award covering the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina at WWL in New Orleans. Mike has also completed more than a dozen marathons, half-marathons and other distance races, with a career-best marathon time of 3:50 at the 2011 ING Miami Marathon. He’s currently a member of Penn State University’s College of Communications Alumni Society Board of Directors.
