Joyce serves as the visionary and CEO of Littel Concepts, LLC – a premiere entertainment and promotions firm located in Atlanta, GA. Joyce has organized special events for BET, BETJ Lyric Café, Jason Lary Presents, the 100 Black men of Dekalb, Donald Trimble Mortuary, Leading Age Georgia and Moonlight Cruises. Signature Littel events include: A Holiday Affair Concert, Got Word? Youth Poetry Slam and Passion & Poetry. In 2012, Joyce launched her very own Home Girl Concert Series featuring exclusive concerts and events tailored specifically for Joyce’s hometown of Athens, GA.
Currently, Joyce a Saturday morning show on V103 called “Jukebox Jams” from 7am – 11am and she hosts two Sunday afternoon shows one on V103 called “Easy Sunday” from 12 noon – 3pm and the other on 1380 WAOK called “Love & Relationships” from 4pm – 6pm.
As a 30-year veteran in the industry of radio, Joyce Littel has undoubtedly set a standard of excellence through the longevity of her career. For 20 of those years, she hosted the top-ranked night time shows in Atlanta, the “Quiet Storm” and “Love & Relationships”, both heard on The People’s Station, V-103.
As a respected voice in entertainment, Joyce Littel reigns with honor and accolades. Rolling Out Magazine has deemed her one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Atlanta, and she is listed regularly as a Who’s Who in Black Atlanta.
She has held memberships with the Coalition of 100 Black Women of Metro Atlanta, the Black Women’s Investment Club, the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment (NABFEME), and her beloved sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
She is married to James H. Jackson and has three children: James H. Jackson, III, Khimberly Jackson and Jamal C. Jackson. She is also the grandmother of three.
