Championship Rounds: 'If Danny Jacobs knocks out GGG, They Will Stop The March Madness Tournament'Well the guys from Championship Rounds had a different show today because Sean Thompson is in New Jersey for a wedding and had to phone in. So the guys previewed the GGG vs Jacobs fight and gave their predictions on what will happen. Both agree that somebody will get knocked out. Speaking of knockouts, the guys talk about last Saturday night's fight between Lemieux/ Stevens. Sean once again said that family members, sidepieces and kids should not be ringside because when you get knocked out nobody wants to see your mom in tears. Craig agrees with Sean about Lemieux next fight will be with Canelo Alvarez because that's what Oscar De La Hoya wants. To Sean dismay, it looks like the Mayweather/ McGregor is picking up steam. Sean still does not believe there is enough money out there to get Mayweather to come. Craig has been saying for months now that this fight will happen. Championship Rounds w/ Craig Carlos-Valentino & Sean Thompson- 'Thurman-Garcia Was A Good Fight, Not A Great Fight, So Calm Down'The guys from Championship Rounds is back and Sean Thompson is back from his friend’s wedding at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. He didn’t do the “Lambeau Leap” but he did find out that Rodgers jerseys are appropriate attire for a wedding in Green Bay. The guys recap last Saturday night Keith Thurman vs Danny Garcia fight. Both guys had Thurman winning the fight, but still have no idea why he ran the final 3 rounds. Craig thinks Thurman next fight should be vs Kell Brook if he beats Spence. Sean is excited about what’s next for Thurman, he has lots of great options head of him. Tyson Fury is back in the news and Sean ask will he get back to where he was before everything fell about? Craig says “No Way” his 15 minutes is up. Also they preview the Lemeiux vs Stevens fight this Saturday and gave their predictions. Championship Rounds w/ Craig Carlos-Valentino & Sean Thompson: 'Don't Know Who Got Hit Harder Last Saturday Night, Gerald Washington Or Nicki Manaj?'The guys from Championship Rounds are back from Birmingham Alabama and it wouldn’t be a road trip without drama. So Craig Carlos-Valentino (A.K.A CCV) had to do all the driving because Sean Thompson (A.K.A too many to name) treats him like Morgan Freeman in Driving Ms. Daisy. But they both did agree that PBC and Fox put together an action filled card that had everything a boxing fan could want. The main event did have the Champion with some ring rust, but he still delivered a huge knockout and gave the hometown fans something to cheer about. What’s next for the Champ? That’s still in the air, but Craig and Sean give their takes on who should be next for the WBC Heavyweight champion. Sean also talks about the big fight this weekend between Keith Thurman & Danny Garcia. How this fight is huge for the career of both fighters. Sean makes the point that it seems like Garcia always shows up for the big fights. But this maybe too much for him. Craig says that Keith Thurman has told us in interviews that he wants to be the next Floyd Mayweather at 147 pounds, well this is his time to shine. And looking ahead to a couple fights down the road between Canelo Alvarez & Julio Ceasar Chavez Jr, GGG & Brandon Jacobs who has the bigger chance at an upset? And of course Craig and Sean don’t agree.
