Although most Americans are still bestowing reviews of Justin Timberlake’s Super Bowl XII halftime performance, others are preparing for next years halftime show.
On Monday, Bruno Mars took to twitter to express his ideas for the halftime performance at Super Bowl XIII, held at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
Mars added, “I just wanna help curate that show, and I’ll only charge like a billion.”
A twitter frenzy followed, as thousands of users liked, retweeted, and responded to the Grammy Award winning artist suggestions.
Others went as far as starting a petition.
Mars is no stranger to the Halftime show, starring as the headliner in 2014 and performing alongside Coldplay and Beyonce in 2016.
The NFL has not announced the performer for Super Bowl XIII yet and is not expected to do so until October.
