Atlanta Hawks general manager Travis Schlenk joined The Morning Show with John Fricke and Hugh Douglas on Tuesday. On topic was rookie power forward John Collins.

“Thursday will be one week for John Collins’ shoulder injury,” said Schlenk. “He now has full range of motion, and the next thing will be regaining his strength and hopefully he will be back in a week or two.”

John asked Schlenk about the new rule the Los Angeles Lakers have imposed which is called the “Lavar Ball Rule” to stop the media from interviewing guests of the players. He said “I’m sure it’s been an unwritten rule, Lavar is a good quote, you don’t go looking for headlines but Lavar is always good for one, it’s a good job by the Lakers to be on top of this.”
