Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn joined The Morning Show with John Fricke and Hugh Douglas to talk about his team’s preparation for the Seattle Seahawks on Monday. Quinn said he was really proud of NFC Defensive Player of the Week Adrian Clayborn. It’s moments like that on Sunday that makes all the hard work he’s put in worth it. He said the communication up front has really improved and that showed against the Cowboys.
Heading into Seattle, and knowing about their injuries, there’s no chance they’re looking past it. It’s all about how they play.
Coach Quinn said Devonta Freeman remains in the concussion protocol and obviously won’t practice on Thursday.
These two teams are familiar with each other having played each other three times in the last year. He said containing Russell Wilson is a challenge because he’s able to extend plays and throw the deep ball on the move.
