Rashad Richey first interviewed DeKalb Commissioner Greg Adams back in August amid allegations of sexual harassment. Commissioner Adams did admit to calling himself “big daddy” in conversation with the alleged victim. He also claimed he did not remember the text messages inviting himself to her hotel room while out of town on official business. In a new development, the alleged victim and her lawyers are demanding the county pay $750,000 to settle the sexual harassment claim. Also, text messages and recorded conversations have now been made available (CBS 46 News clip).Robert James, the attorney of the alleged victim says DeKalb County is not taking this matter seriously enough and he is prepared to move forward with the lawsuit.
