“He did not kill himself,” said Marquita Jordan, Sincere’s mother. Marquita was not present at the time of the shooting, however she believes her son was shot by someone else.

According to reports, Sincere was at the neighbor’s house receiving a haircut during the incident, which took place in the 2500 block of Etheridge Drive in Atlanta.

He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he later died.

Sincere Jordan was honor roll student which others describe as intelligent and helpful.

“As of right now, we really don’t know exactly what happened,” said police Capt. Reginald Moorman

An investigation is currently underway to determine how Sincere Jordan lost his life.

WAOK will have the latest updates for this developing story.
