It was time for the NFL Hurry Up.
We started with the breaking news that Tony Romo will be released Tuesday and that Romo will retire from the NFL and go into the broadcast booth. Hugh said, “Congratulations to Tony Romo, he had a good career, and with his injuries this might be the best thing for him. With Romo being off the market, you might see other quarterbacks on the market get jobs; Jay Cutler might get a call soon now.”
Brian Kelly was on Sirius radio Monday and had some interesting comments about DeShone Kizer. Kelly said Kizer should still be in college because he’s not a complete player on or off the field yet.
