The Falcons advanced to the NFC Championship Game Saturday after they beat the Seattle Seahawks, 36-20, behind a 338-yard, three-touchdown effort from Matt Ryan. The team was able to hold Seahawks QB Russell Wilson to only 225 yards through the air.

Hugh said: “The young guys on defense are playing really well, they are disproving the theory that young players can’t come in and play well in their rookie season.”

Green Bay will be the Falcons’ opponent on Sunday in the NFC Championship Game as the Packers beat the Cowboys, 34-31, on a game-winning field goal at the end of regulation, in what might have been the best game of the weekend.
