The Atlanta Falcons have been one of the surprise teams in the first four weeks of the season mainly because of their offense. The unit has been prolific so far, leading the NFL in most offensive categories behind the combination of Matt Ryan and Julio Jones, along with running backs Tevin Coleman and Devonta Freeman.
This week, the team faced a stiff challenge in the Broncos defense, which has been dominant in its own right so far this year in leading the team to a 4-0 start.
Ryan and company have still found ways to moved the ball today, and have had plenty of success with their running backs catching passes out of the backfield. Coleman and Freeman have combined for six receptions totaling 118 yards and a touchdown. That came on this strike from Ryan to Coleman on the seam route.
The touchdown gave the Falcons a 20-3 lead.
