Calling It A Day At The Ted

One last ride at The Ted.
Yeah, its been a rough season to be a Braves fan. We all knew the team would struggle in 2016, but I don’t think anybody expected the team would stumble this much.
HOWEVER, with Freeman on fire and the addition of Dansby Swanson and Matt Kemp, we are limping to October with some real glimmers of excitement for 2017.
Despite the season record and standings, the Braves are throwing a massive going away party for the final home stand at Turner Field. Large crowds are expected and plenty of events are planned. Even if you are one of those bandwagon ‘I’m never watching again’ fans (and there are plenty of them), you should come play at Turner Field one more time this Season.
The Braves sent out a press release hyping the giveaways and events, so here’s whats going on (and no, I don’t have tickets):

All season the crowds have been light and traffic pretty easy, but not this week. Give yourself some time to get there and plan to stay after. Should be a fun way to wrap the 2016 season. And no, I still don’t have tickets.
