GWINNETT COUNTY, GA – Cops believe creative crooks used money intended for motion picture use only at a Gwinnett county Walmart. They want the public’s help to identify two people suspected of using motion picture money to make a large purchase. The incident occurred at the Walmart 3250 Sardis Church Road, Buford) on Tuesday, July 19. The two suspects made the fraudulent purchase between 3 and 4 o’clock that afternoon.

GCPD said that one of the cashiers accepted $1,000 worth of fraudulent currency. The suspects used the fake money to buy lawn equipment. Later that day, the female returned one of the items at another Walmart (Buford Drive/I-985) for cash. The cashier who accepted the bills quit her job shortly after the incident, according to cops.

Suspect Descriptions:

Black Male, pink shirt, khaki shorts, white Chicago Bulls hat, white sneakers
White Female, black shirt and pants, tattoos on both arms and chest, eyeglasses

Vehicle Description:

Red 4-door hatchback
