Gwinnett County, Ga- Police are searching for a man they say was in a standoff with SWAT officers. That man had an infant in the home at the time. Officers were concerned that harm would come to the infant.
SWAT officers were on the scene of an area around Jarrod Oaks Court near Loganville late Friday. They were looking for Keandre Davis, 19.
Gwinnett police were called to the home for domestic violence call by a young mother.
When officers arrived, they tried calling to Davis to come out.
When he wouldn’t respond, police called in the SWAT team.
Police say Davis made threats to hurt himself and the baby, but they soon learned that Davis was not inside and he had left the baby with a family friend.
The child was not harmed, but police are still looking for Davis.
