More than a week as passed since a Ferguson, Mo grand jury, handed down a non-indictment of Darren Wilson, for the murder of Michael Brown. Now it appears that the narrative has changed in the case. Media outlets are now reporting that Darren Wilson, and his new wife have been receiving numerous death threats, and have been forced to remain in hiding. The step-father of Michael Brown is currently being investigated for attempting to incite a riot, for his reaction to the grand jury’s decision not to indict Darren Wilson. Lastly, to make matters worse, in an recent interview Charles Barkley stated that he supported the decision of the Ferguson grand jury, and also stated that the New York police officer, Daniel Pantaleo, who killed Eric Garner by using an illegal chokehold, acted within his responsibilities as a peace officer.
Rashad Richey, discussed all issues, and cited that there is a change in narrative and pointed out the the focus should remain that unarmed people are being murdered by officers who took an oath to serve and protect.
