Ludacris Holds Celebrity Hoops Game For LudaDay
ATLANTA (AP) — Rapper Ludacris is challenging fellow hip-hop artist Lil Wayne in a game of hoops this weekend.
Ludacris and his Disturbing tha Peace record label will play against Lil Wayne and his label Young Money in a celebrity basketball game. It will take place at the Georgia State Sports Arena on Sunday afternoon.
The basketball game is part of Ludacris’ 9th annual LudaDay Weekend, which raises money for local community charities. The five-day event includes a panel discussion and block party hosted by producer Mike WiLL Made-It.
LudaDay kicked off Thursday with a bowling event with appearances by NBA player Dwight Howard, singer Ne-Yo and Angela Simmons.
Since 2005, LudaDay has brought out numerous celebrities from Justin Bieber, Kevin Durant, Taraji P. Henson, Gabrielle Union, Chris Brown and Vin Diesel.
