GA Fire Officials: Person Pulled From Train Tracks

ATLANTA (AP) — Atlanta fire officials say a person has been pulled from a set of train tracks in downtown Atlanta.

Atlanta Fire Rescue spokeswoman Janet Ward says a person has been removed from a set of Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority train tracks at the Civic Center station in downtown Atlanta. Ward says it’s unclear if the person climbed onto the tracks or fell from the platform.

Ward says the man was not struck by a train and MARTA officials say they’re gathering details on the incident.
